Founded by Dennis E. Warren as a solo practitioner, Dawn P. Warren joined the practice in 1997 and it thus became, Warren & Warren LLP. The legal legacy would continue with their daughter, Nataki Warren-Appolon making partner in November, 2017, newly minting this boutique family firm: Warren Warren & Appolon LLP.
Over the years, the firm has concentrated primarily in residential & commercial real estate. From performing due diligence and evaluating the nuances of the deal, to representation in foreclosures, short-sales, and other such matters, WW&A has represented thousands of buyers and sellers in diverse aspects of the real estate process.
This tenacious practice has become known for its’ diligent client representation, and attributes a sizable portion of its’ practice to wills, trusts, probate and administration proceedings; matrimonial law; purchase and sales of small business; religious/not-for-profit corporate transactions; municipal and election law.
Both experienced and well versed in handling legal matters, WW&A is admitted in various jurisdictions and courts (including New York and New Jersey state and federal courts), and the Common wealth Caribbean (specifically, Jamaica and the Bahamas). Among the firm’s noted clients are the Incorporated Village of Freeport, and The Caribbean Muzik Festival.
